The viticultural cycle begins with a meticulous pruning, in which the plots that will provide the grapes for the Viña Arnáiz Ribera del Duero Crianza red wine are carefully selected. Throughout the year, the vines receive careful treatment and care to ensure that they grow healthy and strong, allowing the grapes to reach their optimum ripeness in each plot. It is at this point that the date of the harvest is decided, which is carried out manually to guarantee a rigorous selection of the grapes.

Once the bunches arrive at the winery, they are destemmed and maceration in tanks begins. Once the barrel aging is completed, the wine is bottled and goes through a final phase of maturation in the bottle for a year to complete its aging process. During this time, the flavors are refined and the aromas are integrated, offering the consumer a unique and pleasurable winemaking experience.
