Red Wine Marqués de Riscal Gran Reserva
In the development of large reserves, Riscal uses grapes from old vines over 30 years from own production or acquired fixed local vintners. Selected the wine for Gran Reserva after the unification of the harvest, it passes American oak barrels, where it will stay between two and a half years and three years plus three years in bottle before marketing.
The alcoholic content by volume is 13.5 vol
We recommend serving it between 14°C and 16°C.

La Bodega Marqués de Riscal (Herederos del Marqués de Riscal) fue fundada en 1858, en Elciego, que está situado en la Rioja Alavesa.
En 1972, la bodega adquirió viñedos en Rueda (Valladolid) para producir vinos blancos y también, posee viñedos en Castilla y León.
Así, la Bodega Marqués de Riscal produce bajo las apelaciones: D.O.Ca Rioja, D.O Rueda y V.T. Castilla y León.
También se reconoce como una empresa innovadora, pionera, de hecho fue la primera bodega de Rioja que elaboraba vinos según los métodos bordeleses.
