The most exclusive Pagos del Moncayo wine, specially created for the most discerning palates . It is the result of a unique combination of experience and passion for creating artisan wines. A wine made from Syrah grapes born from the close collaboration between Pedro Aibar , bringing his passion for craftsmanship , and Louis Geirnaerdt and extensive experience in the wine market . It is flavored with soft spicy notes from its time of 12 months in French oak barrels .
We recommend serving it between 16°C and 18°C.
