The project was born from Bodegas Martín Códax and seeks to travel to the origin of the Atlantic to bring back the memory of summer, detonating an explosion of life, flavors, colors, feelings and experiences. It is perfect to accompany summer lunches or dinners. Bodegas Martín Códax was created in 1985, it takes its name from the inspiration of the most famous Galician troubadour who used to sing of the sea and coast of Galicia. Since its creation, Martín Códax's project seeks to support the land, the people and the culture, taking teamwork as its main value.
The wines are made with innovative production techniques without forgetting, above all, the traditional methods, taking care at all times of the vineyards that are located on small plots, and are characterized by having a traditional trellis system in conjunction with a viticulture technical staff focusing on at all times for maximum quality.
