Bodegas Nubori, it show us he Red Wine Nubori Limited Edition of theto D.O.CA RIOJA (Spain) prepared from the grape variety Tempranillo 90%, Garnacha 5%and Graciano 5%.
Preparation processes: It is the fruit of a very rigorous selection of our best grapes, of the 2016 harvest. Designed and fermented in stainless steel deposits, with controlled temperature of 28 degrees Celsius.
Maceration of 15 days, with continuous comebacks to obtain a good color extraction. Malolactic fermentation is performed in new French oak barrels for 12 months and after aging.
AGING: This wine is raised in French oak barrels Allier of half toast for 18 months.
Operating temperature: Serve between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.
