He Winery Arts red wine from the vintae winery, This presents this Queiles (Spain) Ribera Ribera Ribey Wink Wine With grape varieties Garnacha, Merlot and Tempranillo.

Crop

It is a selection of old vineyards of low production from the high slopes of the feet of Moncayo, in Aragon, to the warmest lands through which the Queiles River runs, already within the community of Navarra.

Its soil is a territory emerged from an old sea, with river sedimentations, in which we find gravels and sands mainly, as well as clay, silt and sandstones.

The climate of that vintage was generally warm, with a temperate winter and somewhat more humid than usual, and a dry and less hot summer than the previous one.

The harvest was held in the middle of September in the lower part of the vineyards, as well as in the first weeks of October of the highest vineyards. It is collected in 15 kg boxes and quickly transported to the winery.

Elaboration

For its elaboration, a fermentation and maceration was carried out in CUBAS of 15,000 kg to 28 degrees for a month. It also had a malylatic maceration in French oak barrels. Thus Batonage was carried out weekly and controlled the barrels individually.

His upbringing was 14 months in only one -use French and American oak barrels.

YoNusual, sweet and simple to drink, are the three characteristics that are concentrated in this red vintae that is born in the unknown riverbank of Queiles; Zone found in an interesting wine triangle located between Navarra and Aragon in which a characteristic elaboration of the New World Wine Style. The symbology of the name (3 squared) represents the ground, water, sun and wind in a bottle that shows us the potential of this area.
