This wine is made from 22-year-old vines located in Las Maricas-Los Terreros at an altitude of between 700 and 740 meters. The continental climate with Mediterranean influence makes it an ideal area to create this variety. The manual harvest is carried out at the end of September, where it is subsequently incubated and spontaneously fermented at a temperature that does not exceed 24 ºC, carried out by natural yeast from the grapes themselves.
