SAN CUCUFATE RED WINE MONASTERIO

San Cucufate red wine Monastery from Bodegas San Cobate, belongs to the DO. Ribera del Duero and is made with the grape variety 100% fine red.

Located in Gumiel del Mercado (Burgos) to more than 860 meters altitude. South exposure hillside (1.6 hectares), with north-south plantation orientation. Winemaking and upbringing
