Mariano Garcia is one of the most respected winemakers in Spain. After thirty years as technical manager of Vega Sicilia, is "independent" in 1998, starting a brilliant career, first with Bodegas Mauro and then, in Toro, Maurodos, that makes this red San Román, perhaps the first to give knowing the extraordinary potential of the vineyard Zamora.
