Red Wine Mas Rabell Alquimia

SPANISH RED WINE MAS RABELL ALQUIMIA 2011

Made from a mix of varieties such as garnacha tinta and cariñera. 

Aged for 6 months in barrels of French and American oak, with a maceration 2 weeks. 

In its development has a fermentation process made 1 week in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C. 

This wine kept in good condition keep their potential over the next 5-8 years.

TASTING NOTES RED WINE MAS RABELL ALQUIMIA 2011:

In view is characterized by its beautiful dark lipstick. 

Nose dominated aromas of fruit and spice notes that licorice and berries come together. 

The palate offers a fruity palate full-bodied and velvety with pleasant notes of licorice and berries.

This wine is an ideal accompaniment with rice, along with grilled meat and traditional cooked.

Serve this wine at a temperature of 18ºC.
