MARQUES DE MURRIETA WINE BOOK 2008 MAGNUM 1.5 L belongs to the Marqués de Murrieta winery. It comes in bottles of 1.5 liter capacity and comes presented in an elegant box where the bottle fits perfectly.

It is made with different grape varieties such as Tempranillo, Garnacha , Mazuelo and Graciano in different percentages. Harvesting is done by hand from mid October until early septimbre . Once the
bunches are destemmed and fermented grapes destrujados in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The incubation is carried out for 8-11 days and during this period are daily pumping over and punching down favoring the extraction of aromas and polyphenols. The period of aging of 20 months in new or nearly new American oak barrels . Subsequently remains at rest for 12 more in bottles .
Its alcohol content is 13 %. Has OD La Rioja.

The nose has a strong fruity aroma with spicy notes and hints of garrigue .
The palate is round and broad , persistent.
We recommend decanting for about 20 minutes before consumption and serve at a temperature of 16-18 º C. This wine is recommended for dishes as varied as acomprañar cheek , piglet, bacalao al pil pil or rice.
