The Vino Tinto Lar de Paula is elaborated with garnacha grape, has D.O. Rioja. Its vineyards are 80 years old and also their soils are clay calcareous, which makes this wine is delicious.
Elaboration process
This wine is made in a tub of French oak, is a traced manual for 15 days to finish fermenting alcoholic, then goes to French oak barrels tronçais, where the malolatica fermentation is carried out. When are racked every 4 months a year and completed parenting remaining in the bottle 12 months before their comerializacion.
