Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grape combination and Cabernet Franc.

Obtained clusters born in old vineyards located in an area of 16 ha in "Le Havre Vinya".

In its preparation is made from a manual harvest and has a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 days giving way to the aging in French and American oak for 18 months. Subsequently bottled with a minimum stay of two years in the cellar.

The wine Cabernet Sauvignon Vinya Le Havre in view presents a cherry red middle layer, with ruby garnet rim.

The nose features a soft scent of jam, jam and berries, plus menthol and balsamic notes on a background of toast and spices like pepper, bay leaf and vanilla.

The palate is characterized by the presence of tannic quality and mild leaf snuff remember. It has a long, persistent and pleasant aftertaste.

It is an ideal accompaniment to dishes with game meat like deer or wild boar. It is also considered good companion for a sirloin steak.
