The vines with which RED WINE CORIMBO 2010 are located in Horra and Roa in the province of Burgos, and has 20 years of average age.
The fermentation lasts 18 days and takes place in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks.
RED WINE CORIMBO 2010 has aged for 12 months in barrels, 80% French oak and 20% American oak.
This wine is stabilized by natural methods and clarified with egg albumin.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16 º and 18 º. Good evolution in bottle.
