Red Wine Can Blau 2012 belongs to the IO Montsant which is located around the Priory but does not enjoy the same reputation buthas a high quality wine and cheaper than those of DOPriorato

In the O.D. Montsant can work with characteristic varieties, planted and each adapted to different components of soil, sand, clay for grapes Carignan, Syrah and limestone to slate for Grenache.

Red Wine Can Blau 2012 is prepared by the Can Blau Cellars Winery This winery was founded in 2003, has 34 hectares of vineyards and 300 barrels. Vera Gil family involved and Victor Rodriguez, the technical aspects are directed by Nuria Sarroca winemaker.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 12 º and 16 º, before serving is recommended to decant.
