100% tempranillo
The vineyard In the vineyard the Tempranillo variety is planted on trellises and without irrigation. Its soils are clay from an area with altitude 560 meters above sea level.
Raposo, is known to this area where a Spa is a particular microclimate, this produces a very cool area with a thermal change between day and night.
Vintage The harvest is done manually, taking into account the selection of clusters both in the vineyard and in the winery.
Finally the wine is aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
