Wine red Belmonte selection
This wine belongs to the J.Belmonte cellars and has designation of origin Ribera del Duero.
It is composed of Tinto Fino grapes from a single vineyard, payment Gomez Cardeña. It's 80 years of very low yield vineyards and situated 900 metres above the sea level. The alcoholic fermentation in vats is 5,000 liters and malolactic in barrel, with a nvejecimiento of 24 months in French and American oak barrels.
It has an alcohol content of 14%.
Best served at a temperature between 14° C and 16° C.
