It is a wine made with Tempranillo grapes planted in alluvium soil between 490 and 550 meters of altitude in Plateau and slopes. Soils are hot, which speeds up the process of the grapes maintain acidity levels suitable for the cooling of wine.
The skins of these grapes are finer and accumulates lower load color suitable for the production of Rosé. After being destemmed, crushed and transported to a warehouse, the grapes are macerated in cold for a few hours to obtain the final color.
