Mezcal Alipãºs San Baltazar young is a young white mezcal made from agave 100% Agave Espadín of Hill and white and stony land by Don Cosme Hernández and his son Cyril in San Baltazar Guelavila, Tlacolula, Oaxaca.
It's an artisan mezcal fermented cylindrical tubs of pine wood and with a double distillation of discontinuously in copper stills.
TASTING NOTES:
View: clear.
Nose: aromas of green herbs and acetone.
Mouth: fruits (light tone to coconut) candy flavors and then delicate in spices, a long finish.
