Cultivation
The Cuatro Pagos QP Vintage Red Wine comes from vineyards planted in 1909 on the banks of the Ebro River, where the orientation is south on a clay-limestone soil. As mentioned above, it is made from Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano grape varieties. It also has a continental climate influenced by the river.
The grapes were harvested during the month of October in small 15kg boxes.
Winemaking
It had a maceration of 2 weeks, with a controlled fermentation at a constant 28 degrees. Thus, it was aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, with different origins of forest and cooperages. It reached an alcohol content of 14.5%.

MOUTH
