Totalmente negra y espuma voluminosa, persistente, de tonos café claro.
NOSE
A malta límpido y con trazas de tofe y sutil lúpulo floral proveniente de la variedad aromática Sladek y una buena base de amargor del Nugget.
MOUTH
En boca presenta suaves notas de chocolate, café y regaliz, sin asperezas o astringencias, a pesar del uso de maltas tostadas y oscuras. Buen cuerpo y retrogusto de las maltas que tienden a perdurar en boca después del trago.
