Palax Artesana Beer is a Lager beer type that is characterized by special yeast fermentation at low temperature.

This microbrew does not use any artificial additive and does not suffer any pasteurisation or microfiltration.

Barley malt is germinated grain is dried and toasted in a process called "malted". There are different types of malt with different qualities and grades of toasting. It is strong aromas, flavors and starch for fermentation.

The Palax botellin has been designed so you can enjoy your beer straight. Yet you'll notice more aromas and color serving it in a glass. Tilt to 45 degrees and drops the content into it. Go straight putting the glass when you're finished serving content to break and generate foam.

Palax may have a slightly cloudy appearance. Why is this? The second fermentation in the bottle. This turbidity is indicative of this craft and second fermentation. Normally consume it, do not shake.
