Er Boqueron beer is the first and only craft beer of the world prepared with sea aguada. ER anchovy is a very easy-to-take, cool, blonde beer and has no added gas. It is not filtered or is pasteurized.

Elaborated with the 1516 German purity law, Er Boqueron beer is made from four ingredients: sea water, malt barley, hops and yeast.

This beer undergoes a double fermentation unlike industrial beers. Sea water that is produced is pure, is obtained from one of the areas with best flora marina and more clean of the Mediterranean Sea. The extraction point is continually analyzed to ensure its purity and quality.
