If you wish to make changes or modifications to your reservation, it is necessary to notify us at least 24 hours prior to the event in question. Otherwise, the voucher will be considered used.

The vouchers purchased through our website have no expiration date and you can make them whenever you want within the schedules marked according to the availability of each activity. In case you want to request the cancellation and refund of an order, you must request it by email writing to [email protected] and always within a maximum period of 14 days from the completion of the purchase, once the 14 days have elapsed no refunds of the amount paid will be made.
