This mezcal exhibits an attractive smoky flavor obtained from the wood ovens that are used to preserve the ancestral essence of this distillate. Created by La Cofradría, one of the best-known distilleries in the country for its elegant tequilas, this delight is made exclusively with espadín agave. The cheerful design of its label is inspired by the Otomí people and beliefs, which are related to nature and mutual respect.
Made in an artisanal way, seeking the original flavor of Mezcal. The five classic steps are followed. First, the pineapple is cooked and the agave is ground. Subsequently, the mezcal is fermented and the distillation is completed.
It is recommended to serve alone or with ice.
It forms an ideal and surprising pairing with recipes with a smoky or citrus profile.
