WHITE WINE NEW ZEALAND SAUVIGNON BLANC 09 Waipara
Fermented in stainless steel tanks after remaining on the lees for
time is finally mixed before bottling. Yellow-green
in nose is huge and full of character where we invade fruit, pineapple, lime
and green fruit. The palate has a nice texture depth and certainly
rich, it is exhilarating, fresh, vibrant and balanced with rich minerals
soil, delicious and fresh finish. Ideal for drinking upon release we keep
two more years in bottle.
