WHITE WINE VALDESIL GODELLO 2012
Valdesil Godello white wine made from 100% 2012 Godello grapes belonging to the DO Valdeorras.
The harvest is done manually, with subsequent maceration. Static racking and fermentation by yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is not performed. Clarification with mineral agents. Light cold stabilization and filtration lands.
This wine is aged on the lees with a white wine with power, personalities and long life in the bottle.
It was bottled in March 2013. Natural cork with vintage marking
Serve this wine at a temperature between 9 and 11. Well preserved evolve favorably over the next five years.
