Txakoli White Wine Adur presents us with this wine D.O Getariako txakolina (Spain), created from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri grape varieties.

Adur txakolina is the result of a joint project between Maitena Barrero and Héctor Gómez, both Agricultural Engineers and oenologists graduated from the University of Bordeaux, with extensive experience both nationally and internationally. (Rioja, Navarra, Ribera del Duero, Toro, Australia, United States, Chile and France.)

TASTING NOTE

VIEW

En copa muestra un color amarillo pálido con reflejos verdosos, limpio y brillante. La intensidad de su color sugiere frescura y juventud.

NOSE

En nariz destaca el aroma fresco y afrutado, con notas de manzana verde, pera y toques cítricos. También se pueden percibir sutiles notas herbáceas y florales que aportan complejidad.

MOUTH

En boca es ligero y vivaz, con una acidez crujiente que le confiere frescura. El paso es suave y equilibrado, con sabores que evocan la fruta fresca y un leve toque salino que recuerda a su origen costero. Su final es persistente y refrescante.
