Wine red TALEIA
The Vino Tinto TALEIA of wineries Castell d´encus manual harvest in small boxes of 10 Kg, part of the wine has been fermented in new French oak barrels, with a period of ageing and Lees.
The rest of the wine has been produced in small tubs of 25 Hl stainless and the 12th century stone lagares. The types of grapes used are Sauvignon Blanc (85%) and Semillon (15%).
