NOSE
En nariz destacan aroma fresco y vibrante, notas de frutas blancas como la manzana verde y la pera. Se perciben toques florales de flores blancas y un sutil matiz mineral que recuerda a la pizarra. Hay un leve trasfondo de cítricos, como limón y pomelo.
MOUTH
En boca, es un vino de cuerpo ligero a medio, con una acidez viva que equilibra perfectamente su dulzura. Se repiten las notas de fruta fresca, junto con una deliciosa nota de melaza y un toque especiado.PAIRINGS
