This White Wine is made at Bodega Contador, located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra (La Rioja, Spain) It is a wine that is made from grape varieties. Garnacha Blanca, Viura and Malvasia. Fermented in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature between 12º and 18ºC and aged in barrels for 7 months.
This wine is named after Django character in the movie "Pale Rider" played by Clint Eastwood.
The Preacher white wine is very intense bright yellow with green hues border, herbaceous aromas, with hints of wildflowers pastry, is a balanced wine with good acidity, fresh, dense and creamy, with a long, lingering finish.
The 2010 white wine Preacher rice perfectly with fish, white, cod fish seafood. To serve the optimal temperature is 12ºC.
