PEGASUS BAY WHITE WINE GEWURZTRAMINER 2010

The grapes from which the wine is of the oldest vineyards in the Valley Waipara Gewurztraminer and were planted in the 1970s. Once in the winery are gently pressed and the juice obtained put in French oak barrels for fermentation and give additional texture.

Nose: It blends with fruit, spices, oriental musk, incense and smoke.

Mouth: stone fruit stand, full but with a soft, creamy, balanced and with a long, dry finish.
