Color: Pale yellow steely, with greenish.
Aromas: Aromas of very high intensity, nice complexity and richness of nuances: Tropical fruit such as lychee and Paraguay, and freshly cut hay. Fresh with floral aromas and herbal background resulting elegant whole.
Taste: Dry, well balanced and good acidity. The palate is fresh and tasty and the end has a very good aromatic persistence, with hints of fruit and herbs.

FONDUE artichokes, peppers and buttery cheese, CEBICHE HERB.
