White Wine Nivei
LeveI White wine is made from a base of Tempranillo Blanco Viura and Verdejo supplemented, Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Malvasia and white Maturana. young and fresh wine made from grapes from vineyards located above 700m, north orientations and sandy soils.
To make the White Wine Nivei, each variety is selected. Within each variety each parcel is vinified separately, adjusting time and temperature maceration fermentanción for the highest varietal expression. Once the fermentation takes each item separately aging on its lees for two months after which it is done in assembly.
