WHITE WINE NEW ZEALAND: NEUDORF NELSON SAUVIGNON BLANC 2010

Once ripened the grapes are picked by hand and pressed together once
small amount is fermented in old barrels to enhance the texture and complexity
grapes. The result is a wine with depth, uniqueness and fullness.

The use of old barrels for fermentation is very well managed
that add texture and weight, but it brings out the flavor of oak. Rich and tasty
to finish fresh on the palate, long and intense. A delicacy once released,
we keep in the bottle for another three years.
