This Winery is located in the proximity of the vineyards, specifically in the town of Matapozuelos, Valladolid Province. This Winery has modern facilities using the latest media and machinery for the production of wines. It is built on a cellar underground more than two centuries old.
This wine belongs to the D.O. Rueda. Made from the grape variety 100% Verdejo.
Elaboration: Harvested night mechanics, cold maceration. Fermentation with temperature control, stainless steel on its own lias deposits. Stabilization and bottling in late February, early March.
