SPANISH WHITE WINE MAS VIDA 17

Part of the IO Empordà.

Made from the Chardonnay grape.

It is prepared in a wine artisan aware and familiar of this, new technologies adapted to your needs, producing up to 14,000 bottles of wine per year.

They have 10 hectares of vineyard within 500 meters around the winery. And the grape varieties are best suited to the soil and climate around them: Chardonnay, Merlot, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.

In its development has a fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 °C.

TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE MAS VIDA 17:

Given known for its pale yellow color with slightly greenish reflections. Clean, clear and bright.

In aromatically intense nose with fruity character, mostly citrus notes, with hints of pineapple and fresh green apple.

The palate is fresh with acidity that gives a good vivacity.

It combines beautifully with seafood.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 8º and 9º.
