Chardonnay Acero 2011 is a white wine made from Chardonnay.

The whole clusters were pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats.

Part of the DO Russian River Valley.

After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in the tub until bottling.

TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE CHARDONNAY ACERO 2011:

Given known for its golden, clear and bright straw color.

The nose is very aromatic, it highlights the fresh fruit and grass. With attractive and intense fruit, lively and fresh aromas, with notes of lemon curd, white peach and ginger.

The palate is fresh and lively, it shows a great balance, full of flavors and a dry, long finish.

WHITE WINE PAIRING CHARDONNAY ACERO 2011:

It combines brilliantly with tapas and light meals.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 7º and 8º.
