SPANISH WHITE WINE MAR DE FRADES 2013:

Part of the D.O. Rias Baixas. 

Grape variety used: albariño. 

In its development process has a slow fermentation at a controlled temperature with a period of maceration of the grapes between 10 and 20 hours to obtain a aromatic, clean and high potential musts.

The nose displays notes of fruit like apple and pear on a white subtle and persistent floral background. 

The palate is fresh and persistent, long-distance offering varietal aromas tones prolonging the nasal phase also offers mineral and exotic fruit notes.

This wine is ideal to combine with all kinds of seafood, scallops and recommended accompany oysters.
