Maar D Cervera Sauvignon Blanc is a monovarietal of the Sauvignon Blanc variety of Limited edition in 2900 bottles. 

It is made in a unique volcanic place, in the municipality of the noble and cultural city of Almagro, with raising of 3 months in barrels.

A Sauvignon Blanc in the purest Bordelés style of the variety, but with a special touch of gunpowder, typical of the volcanic islands terroirs, which will soon be part of the most special and personal elaborations of Spain.

THE ECCASTA DER CERVERA FINCA It is located in the heart of the volcanic massif of the Calatrava Campo at an altitude between 750 and 850 meters above sea level, within the term of the noble and cultural city of Almagro, delimited by the Sierra de Arzollar, the Cañada Real Soriana, between valleys and mountains with great density of holm oaks, rosemary, thyme, etc., where you can distinguish the Black lands of volcanic origin, Las Rojas (Almagre) that, according to some historians, give name of the city of Almagro, and the limestones and stony.
