White wine made by the winery Dominio do Bibei, from grapes of the Treixadura variety, belonging to the D.O Ribeiro.
The harvest is done manually in the second half of September.
This wine plain fermented between 12 and 17 degrees in concrete tanks and stainless steel tanks.

Color amarillo pálido con reflejos verdes y alimonados. Limpio, transparente y brillante. Buena lágrima.
NOSE
Nariz compleja y de buena intensidad, de carácter terpénico, frutas blancas y de pelo, pera, manzana, melocotón... Florales, acacia, mirto, manzanilla y ligeros matices balsámicos, menta, hierbabuena y notas aticoladas.
