100 % Sauvignon Blanc. Harvested by hand , once pressed and the resulting juice is fermented ( about 60% ) in barrels and 40% in stainless steel tanks . Before bottling is blended to highlight the qualities of each fermentation , texture and elegance with flavors and freshness.
Ideal for your enjoyment once released, will stay for four more years in bottle.
