SPANISH WHITE WINE LA MAR 2010

New wine in DO Rías Baixas because it is prepared by Caiño White 85% and 15% Albariño.
 
We start from a small grape production, long cycle and late maturing.
 
This macerated cold for longer to take advantage of its high percentage of skin, favoring the extraction of aromas.

After fermentation the wine maintain its lees for two months.

Due to its special mode of preparation and the character of this variety should open the wine before serving time.

TASTING NOTES WHITE WINE LA MAR 2010:

Given known for its intense and deep yellow.

The nose contains a powerful aroma, with parts of candied citrus fruit and also includes features elegant minerality and very pleasant earthy notes.

On the palate with good structure and body. Broad, sweet and with a final mouthfeel that seems endless.

Its proper acidity adds freshness and in turn, provides a perfect wine aging.

Excellent pairing with shellfish, spicy dishes or slightly spicy.

En vista destaca por su color amarillo intenso y profundo.
NOSE
En nariz contiene un potente aroma, con partes de fruta escarchada y cítricos, también incluye elegantes rasgos de mineralidad y notas terrosas muy agradables.
MOUTH
En boca con muy buena estructura y cuerpo. Amplio, goloso y con una sensación final en la boca que parece no terminar. Su adecuada acidez le aporta frescura y a su vez, facilita un perfecto envejecimiento del vino.
