The Organic La Entrada White Wine from Bodegas Venta La Vega belongs to the D.O. Almasa and has a 100% Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, Organic Farming.

Age of the vineyards: 16 years.

Vinification: It is harvested manually in boxes and placed in a cold room for 15 hours so that all the grapes enter the tank at a temperature of 8 degrees. After destemming, the grapes with their skins are placed in a tank for 48 hours, pressed and left to settle naturally for 24 hours and then transferred to another stainless steel tank where they ferment naturally for approximately one month. Aged in 700 and 300 liter French oak barrels and used for a year. Without clarification, they were gently filtered directly from the barrel.

TASTING NOTE

VIEW
Bright green with yellow nuances.
NOSE
It has a very intense and aromatic aroma typical of this variety, reminiscent of fruits, grapefruit, tangerines, passion fruit.
MOUTH
In the mouth it has a very mineral character derived from the lands loaded with calcium, dry, very fruity, with a flavor of memories of blackberries and currants.
