Once in the winery, after a soft pressing, they are subjected to a stabilized cold for 2 days and they are subsequently carried barrels of 228 L of second and third year to mature for 8 months. To emphasize the freshness, mixed with 50% that are fermented in separate tanks.
It has an alcohol content of 14%.
Best served at a temperature between 7° C and 10° C.
