WHITE WINE JAVIER SANZ VITICULTOR VDULCE DE INVIERNO.

Winter VDulce belongs to the vintage collection selected by Javier Sanz.

It is made ​​from grapes Verdejo (80%) and Muscat (20%).

Its production process goes back to an old constumbre consisting grapes extend adobe soil (in a well-ventilated old press). When water is evaporated and concentrated sugars is the moment of pressing the fruit and fermenting the wort.
