WHITE WINE JAVIER SANZ VITICULTOR FERMENTADO BARRICA 2012.

Javier Sanz White wine Wine Barrel Fermented 2011 belongs to the DO Rueda. Made from the grape variety Vermejo, comes from vines over 40 years hand harvested located in La Seca (Valladolid).

The culture is done on poor soils with boulders on the surface (which facilitates drainage) and clayey and calcareous subsoils.

A wine that besides being subjected to a fermentation takes place in French oak aging on lees for five months.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 8 and 10 degrees.

TASTING NOTE
