Javier Sanz White wine Wine Barrel Fermented 2011 belongs to the DO Rueda. Made from the grape variety Vermejo , comes from vines over 40 years hand harvested located in La Seca (Valladolid ) . The culture is done on poor soils with boulders on the surface (which facilitates drainage ) and clayey and calcareous subsoils . A wine that besides being subjected to a fermentation takes place in French oak aging on lees for five months. Serve this wine at a temperature between 8 and 10 degrees.
