Itsasmendi 7 began to develop in order to achieve another form of expression of the native variety from a selection of the design and with a percentage of about 20% of Riesling . It has been getting a txakoli with more structure , body and feeling of greasiness.


Following alcoholic fermentation , mature several months on the lees in the tank getting a more durable txakoli and perfected with aging in bottle . Bottled in your life can have great time for several years more nuanced unfolding .
Wine to consume at least 3 months of aging in bottle or keep over 3-4 years and enjoy its complexities.

Nose: Notes of ripe white fruit , peach skin , pineapple , grapefruit , and citrus notes .


Taste: Fresh , balanced with notes of apricot and ripe pear , citrus and light touches of anise. Long and slightly bitter very typical of the variety.
