WHITE WINE CHARDONNAY 2009 HUNTING HILL

This Huntig Hill is a vineyard that was planted in the year 1982 and is an important part of the original mixture of Kumeu River Chardonnay. Hand harvested in the winery are pressed to the resulting juice allow a first fermentation and subsequent transfer to barrels to complete malo-lactic fermentation for 11 months.

Vista: A youthfully soft yellow.

Nose: Aromas of pink grapefruit on toasted almonds, rolls with butter and flour.

Taste: It has a stylish body, toast and citrus flour wonderfully concentrated with spicy acidity, a satiny texture and a very long finish.
