The Wine white Fussion of the Bodegas Emilio Clemente with D.O. Utiel Requena is made with grape Macabeo (100%).
The key process is the selection of the best grapes of Macabeo at their optimum point of ripeness. They are fermented in stainless steel at low temperature tanks, to extract and save the pleasant aromas that remind of apples, pears and white flowers.
